Consolidated four acquired companies' fragmented products into one unified, accessible design system spanning 11 product lanes.

Challenge. Four companies under the VikingCloud brand each carried their own technical debt and tech stack, leaving an inconsistent experience across 11 product lanes with no shared design language.

What I did

• Ran design-thinking workshops across 6 design teams to baseline patterns and ways of working.
• Selected and extended Material Design (migrating to MD3) into an internal system with custom components — compatible with Angular, Flutter and React.
• Directed implementation across 250+ screens, A/B-testing against legacy UI and embedding WCAG 2.2 accessibility.
