Defined the consumer experience for Emotiv's MN8 EEG earbuds, turning complex brain metrics into an intuitive personal brain coach.

Challenge. New metrics like Stress, Attention and Cognitive Load had to be made instantly understandable — and early users had to stay engaged despite sparse initial data.

What I did

• Mapped the full product lifecycle (unboxing → daily use) to find engagement-stickiness opportunities.
• Partnered with enterprise wellness programmes to recruit early adopters and test from day one.
• Created a signature particle-sphere visualisation for Cognitive Efficiency and a progressive-disclosure model — immediate feedback → daily → weekly insights.
